Casting process
将铜熔炼成符合要求的液体并浇进铸型里，经冷却凝固、清整处理后得到有预定形状、尺寸和性能的器物。

蚀刻工艺
Etching process
用化学溶液蚀刻在铜表面形成图案，将蚀刻区域的保护膜去除，对点、线、面进行蚀刻，形成凹凸和镂空的效果，极需匠人专注、精细、缜密，才能做出完美的作品。
The copper surface is etched with chemical solution to form a pattern. The protective film of the etching area is removed. The point, line and surface are etched to form concave and convex and hollowed out effects. Only when the craftsmen are attentive, meticulous and meticulous can the perfect work be made.
打磨工艺
Grinding process
匠人采用不同程度的砂纸，从粗到细，仔细打磨、抛光，保证铜胎表面的洁净、光滑。
The craftsmen used different levels of sandpaper, from coarse to fine, carefully polished and polished to ensure that the surface of the copper tire clean and smooth.
封蜡
Sealing wax
用烫蜡在铜器表面形成一层保护膜，防止铜过分接触空气导致氧化。
A protective film is formed on the surface of the copper surface by using wax. It prevents copper from contacting air and causing oxidation.
